Three point Five. 3 1/2 lbs for a total of 24.5 lbs.
I worked really hard this week and am thrilled with the results. On Saturday I had a fantastic workout at the gym. I really pushed myself with the weights and boy do I feel it. Sunday I did a (solo) training walk of 7 miles. I was amazed I was able to keep a pace of 4.5+ mph, which is almost 1 mph faster than my training walks last year. No, I’m not going for speed, but I love that I’m pushing my endurance.
Another big Vicarious Cuteness confession: I now weigh 40 lbs less than I did on my wedding day. Crazy proud of that.
